I used to find this bug only in its brown variation and when i saw this one i fell in love. Purple is my favorite color anyhow. I took this photo with my Canon 450D, using an old manual Jupiter 135mm lens with extension tubes. Aperture was set at f/8, shutter speed at 1/200s and iso 100, on-camera flash was also used. This might not be one of my best macro shots but i can’t help to love the color!

        1. Hmmm…Maybe you need to find another place to do your prints. I have a lot of mounted prints, from exhibitions that i took part in and all of them are actually really good and they were not expensive prints.

          1. Yes, choosing the correct printer is important…I think a lot of it has to do with the dynamic range/color gamut variables and reflected light vs transmitted light (print vs computer screen) – Actually, I have found a very good GicleΓ© printer recently that does a good job with my Infrared shots
