    1. πŸ™‚ Yes Robert, i took 8 handheld vertical frames and i stitched them together using Photoshop. The final result was then cropped to create a more suitable frame.

  1. Love that rusty bollard and how the shore and pier converge for those sharp leading lines. I really, really like all these photos from Greece that you’ve put up recently.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words πŸ˜€ Maybe it is because i really missed Thessaloniki and all the photos i took in my short visit were full of love and enthusiasm like it was my first time there…

      1. Your colors in the Thessaloniki suite are really vibrant and wonderful. Would you mind posting about your camera and lens combinations and whether or not you did any post processing? The images have a semi-saturated look about them that is understated but very pleasing. I’m always looking to improve my techniques and these photos are exceptional.

        1. I’m always using my Canon 60D with a Sigma AF 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5 lens. I usually shoot 3 bracketed shots (-2,0,+2), always in raw format and then use Photomatix to create a really flat hdr file. I just want all the tonal information to be right, no dark shadows and no blown out highlights, so i leave the contrast and saturation very low… Then i post process the image in Photoshop and add sharpness, contrast and saturation as i wish πŸ™‚
