A sunny day in Thessaloniki

Sunny day in Thessaloniki by V-Light

Hello my friends 🙂 It’s me, yes, i’m still alive. In my last post i said i’d upload a panoramic photo of the renovated seafront of Thessaloniki. Well, that’s not it, unfortunately in that particular photo sequence i forgot to change the white balance to a manual setting and the panorama is not stitching correctly since there is a different color cast between frames. Lesson number 1: Always check white balance settings when shooting panoramas.

The main reason why i disappeared once again, is that i’m working on a project that i’ll be able to share more details about very soon. Let’s just say that i’ve been spending my time editing all day long for more than 2 weeks now… Lesson number 2: I need to improve my multi-tasking skills… I really can’t concentrate on more than one thing at a time so that’s why there were no new posts…

  1. Nice shot even though it was not what you intended. There are so many things to remember when shooting I’m surprised we don’t overlook more things ‘:-)
Cannot wait to see your latest project!

    1. Well i’m all out of new photos to post, that’s the second main reason why i didn’t post anything. I need to make a short trip to the city again soon. For the mean time i found my old love for macro photography and i’ll probably shoot some bugs outside my yard 🙂 And in about a week or so i hope i’ll finish my big project too so i can have more time to do other stuff 😀
