My face when… (fill in the blank)

My Face When by V-Light

 Hello my lovely people 😀

Meet Sicilian, a very cool feral cat that decided he wanted to be our friend. He’s been roaming around our house for more than 2 years now and he always wants to be petted. If you don’t pet him, he’ll demand it… If you ignore him, he’ll follow you around and the faces he makes are priceless! So when do you look like that?

For me it would be something like: My face when the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream truck passes right outside of my house (but it never stops at my village…)

    1. Haha, good one Robert! 😀 ISO can be a painful story…especially if for some reason you forgot it in highest setting and you get so much noise…Nothing you can do can save it 😦

        1. I totally feel you…That was a big problem with my 450D. The 60D that i’ve had for 2 years now, performs a lot better…but i still don’t go over 800 if i don’t really have too. In extreme situations though, i’ve used 3.200 and with some noise reduction it can create a usable image. Newer cameras are incredible at handling noise…If only we could get one 🙂

          1. I am set to sell my vintage MG-B in order to get a new, full-frame Nikon – the only way to pull this off…
The photographer here at the paper has a D4 and he gets great images at ISO 6400.

            1. It is crazy to think that a good camera costs as much as a car… I don’t know if i could find the heart to sell that car though 😦 The D4 is a beast…Nikon has better low light performance than Canon from all the samples i’ve seen but i’m hearing a lot about the Sony a7r lately. I’m building my equipment on Canon, so i guess i’ll be stuck with it for some years at least 🙂

    1. Hahahaha 😀 He might be gay…he doesn’t really do well with the ladies…They all prefer an old, fat and scarred tiger cat. Sicialian is always left out of any action…

        1. But wouldn’t that be badass??? The tiger cat’s name is “Tsantakias”…which i don’t know how to translate exactly…Tsanta means bag…A close translation would be “bag snatcher”!

          p.s. I’m responsible for both of the names…ahahaha 🙂

  1. Wonderful photo of a wonderful cat. I’m happy you take care about Sicilian, what a strange name for a Greek cat (?), Give him a little food from me, regards Mitza

    1. 🙂 I named him like that…hehe, i have a tendency to give strange names to any animals that come here.

He had some fresh chicken today, so i don’t think he can complain 😉

      1. You will surely come to “cat-heaven”, Alexandra, when you treat your cats like this and on the other hand you are a good example that at least some Greek people are treating animals well. I wish you a wonderful week-end, regards Mitza

  2. Lol that cat looks like one of mine! 😀 he always has this retarded look on his face! 😀 “My face when I go out to take cool photographs and realize that I forgot the SD card at home!”

    1. Hahaha, he is kinda retarded! His tongue is very curly at the end, it looks like a spoon when he yawns 😀

Forgetting the SD card at home is a nightmare! 😯
Also forgetting to charge the camera! I’ve become a bit psycho, always checking if i have battery or an SD card inside the camera 😛
