Donau Blue Hour

Donau Blue Hour by V-Light

Yesterday i was out and about at the Danube shores making a timelapse of some really cool clouds and sunset (coming soon) and i was so mesmerized by the beauty of it that i stayed a bit longer and then i experienced my first “blue hour” in Vienna… It lasted only a few minutes but it was enough to grab a nice shot 🙂 Minimal editing was done in this one, just a bit of contrast, sharpening and saturation…

    1. 😀 Thank you Sue…Well actually this part of the river is really clean…people even swim in there…Other parts especially closer to the city center are as you said…brown…hehe

    1. Thank you 😀 That’s absolutely true! And i haven’t even seen much yet. I mostly wander in the neighborhood, which is close to the river and a bit to the city center…I have so much to explore here, it’s a great feeling to have so many new things to see!

    1. That’s so true, Stefan 😀 I will go to visit my grandmother and my aunts in Gmunden and some mountain areas in Oberösterreich this weekend…so already i’ll have a ton of photos outside of Vienna!

        1. Ich kann schon besser Deutsch sprechen! 🙂 I was already in so many services, AMS, Sozialzentrum and i always tried to speak in German rather than choosing the easy way of English… But i’m bored to write to be honest…haha…English comes out so much faster

          1. Das weiss ich doch! Ich habe nur Spaß gemacht! 🙂
Du hast Recht, Deutsch ist ein umständliche Sprache. Englisch ist häufig viel direkter. Dafür hat Deutsch mehr Ausdrucksformen. Es ist vielleicht auch poetischer.
            Liebe Grüße von Stefan
